4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND RIGHTS (UK CONSUMER LAW)

A. Statutory 14-Day "Cooling-Off" Period

4.1. If you are purchasing as a consumer (an individual purchasing outside of a business trade), you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment ("Cooling-Off Period") without giving any reason.

B. Immediate Service Delivery & Pro-Rata Deductions

4.2. By booking and attending a coaching session within the 14-day Cooling-Off Period, you explicitly request that we begin delivering the coaching service prior to the expiry of the Cooling-Off Period.

4.3. If you exercise your statutory right to cancel within the 14-day period after one or more sessions have taken place:

  • You will receive a refund for the package price, minus a proportionate (pro-rata) deduction representing the value of the session(s) already conducted and any non-returnable digital resources delivered.

  • For the purposes of calculating pro-rata deductions, single sessions delivered will be calculated at our standard single-session rate of £75

C. Refunds After 14 Days

4.4. Once the 14-day Cooling-Off Period has expired, or once all sessions in the package have been completed, the programme fee is strictly non-refundable.

4.5. Unused sessions cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to third parties after the 14-day Cooling-Off Period has passed.

5. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS, AND LATE ARRIVALS

5.1. Rescheduling by You: You may reschedule an individual booked session provided you give at least 24 hours' notice prior to the start time via the booking portal or by email.

5.2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or request a reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend a scheduled session, that session credit will be forfeited and deducted from your package total.

5.3. Late Arrival: If you arrive late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the missed time will not be made up.

5.4. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel a session due to illness or emergency, we will offer you a rescheduled time slot at no extra charge.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & DISCLAIMER
