Payment & Booking Confirmation Full Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot on our calendar. Scope: This policy applies exclusively to individual, single 1:1 coaching sessions booked outside of multi-session programmes or packages. 2. Cancellation & Refund Terms If you need to cancel your single session, your entitlement to a refund depends on the amount of notice provided prior to your scheduled session start time: More than 48 Hours' Notice: You will receive a 100% full refund of your session fee. Between 24 and 48 Hours' Notice: You will receive a 50% partial refund of your session fee. The remaining 50% is retained to cover non-recoverable administrative and schedule reservation costs. Less than 24 Hours' Notice: No refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment start time are non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing ibbi@ibbilidstone.com. 3. Rescheduling Terms Notice Required: You may reschedule your appointment to a new date and time free of charge, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled start time. Short Notice: Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are treated as short-notice cancellations and are subject to the cancellation rules in Section 2 above (0% refund). 4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows No Grace Period: Sessions commence promptly at the agreed time. There is no grace period for late arrivals. Session Duration: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled finish time, and the missed time will not be extended or made up. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior written notice, the entire session fee will be forfeited and no refund or rescheduled appointment will be provided. 5. Statutory Consumer Rights (UK Law) Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, distance contracts for services booked for a specific date and time are subject to the cancellation terms set out above. By completing your booking and selecting a specific appointment slot, you agree to these cancellation and rescheduling windows.
