Package Validity & Credits: All session credits in a course/programme must be booked and completed within 4 months of purchase. Unused credits expire after this period without refund. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Law): You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. By booking and attending a session within this 14-day window, you request that service delivery begins immediately. If you cancel during the 14 days after receiving a session, your refund will be reduced pro-rata to cover the delivered session at standard single rates. Non-Refundable Policy: Once the 14-day statutory cooling-off period has passed, or once all sessions in the package have been delivered, the programme fee is strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling: Individual sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will be forfeited from your package balance. Payments: Payments processed via Wix or Klarna are subject to these terms.
