Recovery from neuroplastic symptoms lie within the

Mind ↔ Body Connection

The Science

All pain is produced by the brain, but the reason it produces that pain can be different.

Pain and other physical symptoms do not always mean that the body is damaged or diseased. Recent research in neuroscience shows that persistent pain and other symptoms can be generated and maintained by learned neural pathways in the brain and nervous system - and that, because these pathways are neuroplastic, they can change.

What this points to, is the body's  automatic and unconscious protective responses  which are triggered by various types of stresses  - and not just the obvious ones.
